Q: When will the loan be due?
A: Generally, on your following payday or you may pay the finance charge and extend the loan until your next payday.

Q: How do I extend my loan?
A: You may extend your loan by contacting us one business day before your loan is due. You can contact us by calling 1-866-759-6800, emailing us at info@cashtree.com, or chatting with us online during business hours. Please indicate how much you would like to pay down on your loan.

Q: How much can I borrow?
A: Up to $500.00. (Contingent upon income level and various underwriting criteria.)

Q: When will I receive my loan?
A: If all information is received by 1:00 p.m. and can be verified, you will generally receive your money on the next business day.

Q: When will I hear from you?
A: You will hear from us within one (1) business day or sooner upon receiving the necessary information. We will contact you with a loan offer or email you for missing information. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

Q: How will I know if I'm approved?
A: We will contact you with a loan offer. If denied, you will receive a notice by mail.

Q: Can I extend the loan?
A: Yes, you can only extend your loan 6 times or 12 weeks. If you have a balance after 12 weeks it will be paid off interest free.

Q: Once paid off, when can I get another loan?
A: You must wait three (3) business days. We may ask you to prove that the previous loan has been actually paid in full by providing us a bank statement showing proof of a non-pending payment.

Q: If I don't fax in all the necessary information, will the application be processed?
A: Faxing is only needed when we are not able to verify your employer or bank over the phone. We rarely require a fax.

Q: What is the fastest way to process my application?
A: Call us as soon as you submit your application. After you call we will verify your employment, and your bank account. This process can take less than 5 minutes.

Q: Can I print and fill-out an application?
A: No. There are only two ways to complete an application.
     1.) Complete the online applicaiton.
     2.) Contact Cashtree, LLC at 1-866-759-6800 and complete the application over the phone.

Q: What is the cost of a payday loan?
A: Our online payday loan service charges 651.78% APR on our loans until your next payday. This rate corresponds to a $25 fee per $100 borrowed for 2 weeks (14 days) Please refer to our Loan Fee Schedule for specifics on your loan needs.

Q: What is an APR?
A: The A.P.R. is the annualized percentage rate of your payday loan and is used a tool for consumers to compare the cost of various credit options available to them. Our A.P.R. range is from 304.17% to 1303.57%. Note: our loans are high-rate compared to some other sources of funds, but if kept only for short terms, they can actually be less costly than other alternatives. Please refer to our Loan Fee Schedule, so you can make an informed final decision.

Q: Can I pay off my loan early?
A: Yes, we recommend paying any payday loan off as quickly as possible in order to minimize the finance fees and overall cost. At CashTree, we don't charge a prepayment penalty. Paying your loan off early may qualfy you for a rebate on the Interest owed. Please contact us via phone, email or by clicking the chat live button above.

Q: How do I cancel my loan or process a refund?
A: You have the right to cancel your obligations without having to pay any finance charge. You also have the right to prepay your obligations without having to pay any finance charge or by paying a reduced finance charge, depending upon the date of prepayment. To cancel this Loan Agreement, you must fax or email to us written notice of your intent to cancel prior to our initiating an automatic credit to Your Account. To prepay your obligations without having to pay any finance charge, you must email or fax to us, prior to 5:00 PM Mountain Time on the Disbursement Date, written authorization to effect a debit entry to Your Account for the principal amount of the loan. If we receive payment of the principal amount of the loan via such authorization, we agree to rebate and refund the finance charge we have earned. At any time after 5:00 PM Mountain Time on the day following the Disbursement Date and before 5:00 PM Mountain Time on the business day prior to the Payment Date, you can prepay your obligations in full by sending us an email or fax giving us written authorization to effect a debit entry to Your Account for the prepayment. The payoff amount will be calculated as of the date you send us such written authorization.
